FUN things that students have been doing once lessons are over were celebrated at a Plaistow School in a special performance for parents and teachers.
A showcase of activities on offer at Grange Primary School's out-of-hours club - which four out of five pupils at the school have attended - was put on as an end-of-year celebration.
There was African drumming, judo, choir, French club and even a display from the cheerleading squad.
Members of the art, reading and writing clubs talked about what they got up to and at the end of the performances. The audience were offered cakes made and decorated by the Year 2 cookery club.
Anup Das in Year Three, who performed in the choir and dance club, said: "I was quite nervous, but I tried my best and found I was quite good at it."
Esther Nansubuga in Year Five, who attends six clubs, said: "It was fun. I wasn't really scared as we have done quite a lot of performing.
