AN ASPIRING pop star from Stratford needs your help to reach her dreams.

Nadine Walker, 27, is a wild card entry in the national Live and Unsigned music competition, which offers young solo artists and bands the chance to win a recording contract.

Nadine said: "I have been an aspiring singer since I was at school.

"I want this to be my career."

The versatile artist, who writes her own R&B, garage, house and hip-hop songs, cites Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Michael Jackson as among her biggest influences.

As a wild card entry to the contest, Nadine needs as many votes as she can get to make it through to the grand final at the O2 on Saturday, July 10.
